Your Welcome Bonus Explained
Registration Errors & Fixes
Why is my phone number being rejected?
Make sure you're entering a valid Bangladesh mobile number in the correct format. The system accepts 11-digit numbers starting with 01 (e.g., 01XXXXXXXXX). Remove any spaces, dashes, or country codes—just enter the number as it appears on your phone.
What password requirements does sona77 have?
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and should include a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters for security. Avoid using your phone number or obvious patterns. A strong password protects your account and winnings.
Can I use someone else's phone number to register?
No—each account must be linked to a unique phone number that you own. When you make your first withdrawal, you'll need to verify that the phone number and bank account match your identity documents during KYC. Using someone else's number could block withdrawals later.
How do I use a referral code?
The referral code field is optional during signup. If a friend gave you their code, enter it before clicking Register. You'll both receive bonus credits—typically ৳350 per successful referral. If you skip it during signup, you can't add it later, so ask your friend for their code before registering.
What if I enter the wrong verification code?
You'll have 3 attempts to enter the correct SMS code. If all attempts fail, request a new code—it will be sent to your phone immediately. Codes expire after 10 minutes, so verify quickly. Check your spam folder if you don't see the SMS within 30 seconds.
