Account Eligibility & Registration

By creating an account at sona77, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and a resident of Bangladesh. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing on our platform. sona77 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity verification at any time.

You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information is grounds for account suspension or permanent closure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Never share your username, password, or security PIN with anyone, including sona77 staff.

Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts, whether for yourself or on behalf of others, violates these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. sona77 uses automated systems to detect duplicate or linked accounts.

Account Responsibility & Security

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected] or via 24/7 live chat. sona77 is not liable for losses resulting from compromised accounts if you failed to protect your credentials.

You must not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to access sona77 or interact with our games. Such actions violate these terms and may trigger account suspension without notice. sona77 monitors account activity for irregular patterns indicative of bot usage or collusion.

Account closures requested by you are permanent within 72 hours but may be reversible within 7 days with written request. Permanent account closures cannot be reopened. Any remaining balance will be returned via your registered payment method after KYC verification, subject to processing delays.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum deposit is ৳300. Maximum daily withdrawal is ৳240,000. All deposits are processed instantly via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay—no account transfer or credit card fees apply. Your sona77 balance remains your property and cannot be seized except under legal requirement or violation of these terms.

Withdrawals are processed within 31 minutes after KYC approval. First withdrawal may take up to 1 hour. Minimum withdrawal is ৳900. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a photo of your National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence. Submission takes 2 minutes; approval typically within 24 hours.

Deposits and withdrawals may be declined or delayed if we suspect fraud, money laundering, or violation of these terms. We reserve the right to ask for source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals. Funds sent to the wrong payment account are your responsibility; contact support immediately if an error occurs.

Bonus Terms & Conditions

Welcome Bonus: 215% up to ৳18,000 on first deposit. Bonus is credited instantly and requires 13× wagering on eligible games before withdrawal. Minimum deposit for bonus eligibility is ৳300. Only Slots, Fishing, and Card Games count toward wagering; Live Casino, Sports, and Crash Games do not.

Reload Bonus: 12% on daily deposits (except first deposit). Credited automatically; same 13× wagering applies. Bonuses expire 7 days from credit. Wagering progress resets if bonus expires. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash; only winnings from wagered bonus may be withdrawn.

sona77 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel bonus offers without notice. Bonus abuse—including depositing and withdrawing without genuine play, collusion with other players, or exploitation of technical errors—will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure. Refusal to wager bonus funds does not entitle refund.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

Game outcomes are completely random and independent of previous spins. Displayed Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee short-term results.

Prohibited Activities

Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: using VPN or proxy services to mask your location; creating accounts as a minor or non-resident; depositing funds derived from illegal activities; money laundering or terrorist financing; using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses; collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes; sharing credentials with others; harassment of staff; or any breach of applicable Bangladesh law.

sona77 reserves the right to freeze or close any account suspected of prohibited activity without prior notice. Frozen balances may be forfeited.
